GearHead Tees are printed on 4.3 ounce combed cotton ring-spun t-shirts...the fabric fibers are twisted together yield a tighter knit resulting in a stronger and smoother garment that provides superior printability and durability...with a higher thread count and a proprietary soft wash process you will notice a smoother t-shirt that is much softer than others...this applies to sizes small through xxx-large...sizes xxxx-large and xxxxx-large will be printed on Gildan Ultra Cotton Classic Cut tees.
